Why hasn't my Car thing been Shipped?

I ordered the Car thing product on October, it has been two months and I have still not received what I paid for.
I check the tracking number and shows that it's still in processing.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't gotten your Car Thing yet. First, make sure that you've gotten a confirmation email that your order has been placed and that any emails from Car Thing haven't been sent to your spam/junk email. 

Once you've checked that, and there is no sign that it's on the way - then I'd recommend reaching out to the Customer Support team through any of these channels so they can further assist you with this.
