I am having trouble getting on the list. It keeps saying "Dead End" "U-Turn" back.
Any chance you could help me? I really want to test this device. Seems super promising.

Hi! I also seem to be getting a dead end error and have been using premium for years. I don’t have a smart interface in my car so this would be an excellent solution for me! I’m hoping I can get past the error screen and get on the list!

If you’re experiencing issues when adding yourself to the list - could you try adding yourself here and then select the “Put me on the list” button using a different browser or private window? If you get the same message, stay on that page for 30 seconds to a minute and let me know if it shows up.

I've tried multiple browsers and it's the same behavior - an infinite loop once I click "put me on the list". It alternates between "Loading" and "we've hit a dead end".
It looks like some javascript has gone amock; I can see the URLs change with what look like randomly generated strings of some kind that change every time it goes through the loops. *Edit: It seems Chrome/Firefox both loop about 30ish before giving up

I was finally able to get to the page where my info pops up and I checked the box confirming that this is the user I want to choose and then get on the list but it boots me back to a yellow dead end page.
edit - after many many many tries it finally went through!
After seeing vbyerley's reply I just tried again (and after about 10 "loops") I got through! I'm signed up, I think/hope!
Looking forward to this for my frequent long drives!

After checking backstage, we can confirm that due to a lot of traffic, the site was having difficulties processing all requests, but we should be looking better now.
In case you are still experiencing issues, we'd recommend refreshing your browser or wait a while and then try again.

I was lucky enough to get on the list and became eligible today, but after the website hanging multiple times on checkout I cannot even get to the checkout page anymore. Every time I am being redirected to the shopping cart, I get redirected to a declined page now. Can this be fixed?

I keep having the same issue. Its an endless loop offering to sign up and when I click it loops out to a get on the waitlist page and back to sign up again. Its kind of frustrating.
