Backstage Intro - Meet Santiago

 This month, we're happy to introduce the newest member of the Bogotá team, Santiago, a.k.a. @Santi_UFParrot! He joined us a few months ago and is taking on the team's leadership 👏

Hi Santi! If you could describe yourself in three words, what would those be? 💭

I would describe myself as patient, enthusiastic, and joyful. I approach challenges with patience, ensuring I stay calm and focused. My enthusiasm drives me to stay motivated and bring positive energy to everything I do. Lastly, being joyful helps me build strong relationships and maintain an optimistic outlook, even in tough situations.

Do you have any hobbies? 👀🎲

I L O V E trading card games, video games and tabletop games. My current favorite is Magic: The Gathering. I’ve been invested in MTG since 2019. I play a format called Commander, which is a multiplayer singleton (just one copy of each card) format. I also started playing Yugioh like 10 years ago, I have met lots of valuable people along the way, and made tons of memories. We've heard you have some pets! Can you tell us more about them? Any special traits? 😺🐶

I have two beautiful cats living with me, Dante and Virgilio, named after the Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri.

Dante is a 9 year old super serious and calm cat, Virgilio is a one year old chaotic good boy. Actually, Virgilio’s first name is Caos (chaos).

Also, I have a dog that lives with my parents in our countryside. She’s a Rough Collie called Freya and is 8 years old. Here you have some pics of my beauties:

Do you have any favorite songs at the moment?

My current favorite song is Самолеты (Planes) from Луна (Luna). Actually she’ll have a presentation in Sofía next year!

This song just matches my vibe and is my comfort song. It was a song I played on repeat in a tough moment, now it reminds me that I can go through everything and encourages me to never surrender.
