A song is very poor quality and I have better in my PC

Then what to do ? It's a regional band I like and it seems spotify has the worst quality possible.. I have a better MP3 here....

You can upgrade your audio quality from the app settings. As of now the highest quality available is 320kbit/s (very high). 

You can read more about audio quality settings on various platforms here.

The song itself can only be updated by the copyright owner like the artist or the label.
