Hi, i have a problem about the country offshoot of the emerging artist playlist

This playlist has artists that have had songs that charted #1-50 on the Billboard Hot 100, and i am growing tired of it. This playlist is supposed to be showcasing underground country musicians.

But for some reason, the employees at the music app thought it would be nice to add artists that charted the highest numbers on billboard, on to the playlist, this isn't making any sense.

For Instance, Jimmie Allen and Hunter Hayes are both featured on the playlist, but they're not supposed to be, because Jimmie Allen has had a song charted #37 on 01/12/2019, and Hunter Hayes has had two songs charted #16 and #19 on 10/06/2012 and 07/06/2013 respectively.

These artists need to be removed and replaced with artists that haven't charted and signed to no or indie label
