Ads in premium kids

My Question or Issue

We have a premium family account and I’ve created a kids account and now there are ads and beeped language in the ads. First of all, I pay so we don’t have ads, and I set up a kids account to filter this.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

Since Spotify Kids is part of the Family plan, it's ads-free to enjoy a better experience and your kid should not get any. First, we'd recommend making sure that the app you're using is the standalone Spotify Kids app.

In case you haven't done this before, you'll need to log in with your own credentials, set a PIN and create the new Kids account. You can find the process and more useful info in this article.

If after this you're still getting ads, could you record a short video where we can take a better look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

I’m recently having this same issue too. I pay for a family of 6 premium, my youngest daughter is getting all sorts of ads every few minutes in her tablet on the Spotify kids app. What’s up with this?!

Sorry to see this has been happening! One should not get ads while using the kids app to listen to music.

As @OscarDC has suggested, could you please record a short video of the mentioned behaviour so that we can take a better look?
