Album is available on Spotify, but tracks are missing

Why is it that on certain albums, meaning I search for, just an example, Maren Morris. Under "Albums" is "Rich". So I select the album and the track list is displayed, but there is a track missing. A song I know for a fact is on this album. Why does this happen? As I stated, I only used Maren Morris as an example. One I have been trying to find for a long time is "All kinds of kinds" by Miranda Lambert, which is the very first track on her Four the Record cd. I'm wondering why specific songs are excluded. Thanks.
