Album not playing (The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty)

Album not playing (The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty)

The album just came out several days ago, first day everything was working fine, I was able to listen to l the songs as much as I wanted. This morning I tried to play the album and no song would play and it would show no songs in the album, I even added them to my playlist and they still don't play or show up, but if I try adding it again it says I already have it in the playlist. Right now I'm trying to play the album and only a few songs are showing up and playing. Anyone know how to fix it? Really irritating, for me paying the cost of premium and not getting the quality I pay so much for.

Just a couple of quick questions, what app version are you running and what is your system the app is running on, and also what is your current listening region?

 

In the meantime you might try and log out of the desktop app, and then exit the app. If you are using a windows system double check in the task manager that no instances of SpotifyHelper.exe is running if there is highlight any there are and then click on End Task, and now log back into the app. This will allow the app to reload and refresh the app cache and maybe force the app to refresh correctly. If that does not work, holler back, you could have a corrupted Spotify app cache then, and you might need to do a clean uninstall reinstall to get things working correctly again.

There've been a lot of issues like this for users, I wouldn't worry. In the meantime of these issues being fixed, you can use other apps.
