My Question or Issue

My account was hacked a few weeks ago because of my bad password. In the time I realized it (a few hours) the hacker listened to a bunch of music. Because of that I got suggestions in the homepage (the 8 ones at the very top of the app)  of artists, albums and playlists I personally never listened to. I contacted the support by chat, which told me they couldn't delete my listening history, then they told me they could and they did, but 5 minutes later the whole history was back. They told me to listen to a lot of my musics to "clean" the suggestions, which I did, and most of the suggestions disappeared... All of them but two albums that won't disappear. They were listen to once by the hacker and it's been weeks and they don't disappear, even though I have listened to a lot of others songs and albums and playlists. I even "told" Spotify I didn't want to listen to the artists, but the albums are still showing (just if I click on them I don't see the list of songs). How can I make them go? It's just reminding me I've been hacked *weeks ago* and it's starting to bother me... (also it takes the place of two suggestions that I *would* listen to and I use quite a lot that to quickly listen to something)

Thanks a lot in advance for your help!

Hey there @chloebrqt

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community.

We're sorry to know that. We understand where you're coming from, but we're afraid it's not possible to remove items from the Recently played section on Home. In this case, what you can do is to keep listening to the content you like and those albums will eventually disappear.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us and will make sure to pass it onto the right team, as we always strive to improve your experience.

Hi Eni,

Thanks for your reply.

Ok so literally 10 minutes ago I noticed one of the two albums disappeared from the section, and just now I checked again to be sure... and actually the second album just disappeared too! And I've had them for weeks... Maybe just a coincidence but if I had know I would've posted sooner. 😄

One of them came back today 😱 I feel like I'm losing my mind, it's been literally a month since I've been hacked and never listened to it since! And it's not even the style of music I listen to!
