Albums appear in library at "home," but not at other "home" location?

I listen on a 2020 ipad Air, when I am at home. There are 50 albums I have "liked" that are displayed in my library. They appear on my home desktop computer and on my ipad Air.

When I take the same ipad Air to my second home, only about 10 "liked" albums appear. The desktop computer at the second home also only displays that same 10 "liked" albums. 

Can someone give any explanation for the difference in the number of "liked" albums being displayed/available? The desktop computers are both up to date with the latest version of Spotify. The version of Spotify has not changed on the ipad, it's the same machine. Is it something to do with changing I.P. addresses? Thanks for helping.

When you have the ability to replicate this, could you please send us a screenshot of the different ways your liked albums appear?
