Are songs are unavailable due to removal or country specific releases?

About a year ago I listened to "Moptop Tweenybop/My Hair's Too Long" from Moshi Monsters: Music Rox. I've since found out that song and the album is greyed out. The Movie album is still up with a few songs greyed out. I was wondering whether this was country specific restrictions or just because they removed it? I'd like to know because even though I have it on my phone from the physical album, I want to listen to it on Spotify. And it may affect a holiday destination decision. I'm serious about Moshi.
