After another round of not being able to listen to my downloaded music offline I uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify. Now I am unable to search for specific songs or artists because the keyboard will not open.

Just to confirm, have you followed these specific steps to reinstall the app?

On another note, could you let us know what exactly happens when you try to listen to your downloaded content? 

Lastly, does this happen across devices or only on a specific one?
