Can’t turn off low data mode while using 4G

I cannot turn of low data mode when i’m using mobile data. I can turn on and off while using wifi. Why is that so?
I want to turn off low data off while using mobile data.
My phone setting is not on low data mode too.

You can turn off the data saver mode by going into the Spotify app settings. You can read more about that here. If data saver is set to Automatic, then it turns on based on OS settings for the same. If it is set to On, then it stays on regardless of network status.
