Hey @Kimberlyprenti and welcome to the community !

Just go to settings, scrooll down to the bottom and click on 'Delete cache and saved data'. This will delete your downloaded files.

I hope this helps you

Have a nice day 🙂

Hey

I actualy did go in to my settings and deleted the saved cache part, it turned off spotify but didn' delete anything, all playlists and saved music is there still.

Okay, in this case I would recommend you @Kimberlyprenti to re-install the Spotify app.

Let me know how it works 😉

So I reinstalled twice and "deleted cache" and what not but nothing' changed it' all still there.

I am really sorry @Kimberlyprenti that my advice did not help you. Please follow these steps one more time, and let me know how it works.

  1. From the Android home screen, tap Settings > Apps.
  2. Find Spotify in your list of apps, tap it. For older Android devices, navigate to Settings > Applications > Manage applications.
  3. Tap Clear Data. If you're using Android 6.0+, tap Storage > Clear Data
  4. Tap Uninstall.
For a clean reinstall, go to Storage > Android > Data and delete a folder called com.spotify.music
  5. Open Google Play then search for and install the Spotify Music app.
