[Desktop][Other] Acceso rápido a asesorias

Pasé varios minutos de angustia e incertidumbre tratando de obtener ayuda ante un problema que no estaba descrito en las preguntas frecuentes ni en los foros.  Creo que debería haber un acceso más rápido y claro al CHAT de asesorías.  No se ni como legue finalmente a él. Pero en un segundo un asesor me aclaró la duda (compre un plan Duo, pero no lo podía configurar porque todavía estaba vigente un plan premium previo).  Es muy frustrante pensar que no podrás tener ATENCIÓN PERSONALIZADA nunca!!! Y esa opción no es Fácil de encontrar.... así que creo que deberían estar más accesible a los usuarios.
