Download only local files

Is that a way to download just local files to my phone and not an entire playlist? I have this playlist of like 1000ish songs including all of Taylor Swift's music. I don't want to download all 1000 songs to my phone cause ain't nobody got space for that. But obviously I want to be able toTayTay's music on the playlist on my phone. How do I do it slash can I do it? Thoughts? Ideas? HELP?!

If you just want to download local files, you will need to add those specific songs to a playlist of their own and then download that playlist.
