It's not very clear what the exact issue is. Can you send us a link/ URI to the playlist in question? We can check what's going on. In general, if it's a Spotify curated playlist, it can be reported if not all songs inside match the general genre of the playlist or if the song doesn't belong to the artist in question, but if it's a user created playlist, there isn't much we can do.
