Ideally, we'd need some more info to get a better understanding of the situation, but let's see if we can be helpful in any way in the meantime. 

If you're experiencing an issue on the device you're using where if you click on a song, Spotify will show that it's playing a different track then it'd be great if you could do some troubleshooting if you haven't already. If it's the app that's misbehaving you can give it a clean reinstall with the steps in this article.

On another note, if what your describing is that Spotify plays another version of a song, then keep in mind that artists are uploading their music to Spotify through a variety of services and they are the only ones responsible for deleting, changing, blocking or any other action when it comes to their presented content.
