Evergrey: Tracks not available in my account

Hi team,

I was discussing with Evergrey band guys about some musics not available in my account, but they told me that all musics are available for all countries

I am looking for tracks of album Recreation Day - spotify:album:13jIhv25fxcxmpeTQig2nM - including the track I`m Sorry - spotify:track:7n76YIVtOOwcq9oC3kgkPH, but they are not available to me except track #4.

I am a premium but in trial phase, is it impact my track availability?

Hello:

I did a quick look up for that album using a web service that uses the Spotify API to look up content available on the Spotify service, for every listening region that has access to the Spotify service currently. The link URI for the album by Everrgrey - Recreation Day must be from an old upload of the album that is no longer available for some listening regions. I ended up getting this link from the search service here: 

Which that release above is available to these listening regions of the Spotify service currently:

AD AT BE BG CH CZ DE DK EE ES FI FR GB GR HU IE IS IT LI LT LU LV MC MT NL NO PL PT SE SK

These listening regions currently do not have access to that release above right now for listening:

Considering that they want to publish the content for all regions, how can
we fix this? They need to call Spotify or it will be fixed by Spotify team
itself?

They do not requested content restriction for any region.

Hum, lets see the label information from that URI release link reads, Inside Out Music, so one would have to ask that label why they have opted for region restrictions for that release from Evergrey - Recreation Day on the Spotify service for certain listening regions?
