German marching music

German marching music

Hey,I have some questions. I saw that there are no german marching music is available cuz it got deleted on Spotify. But why? Don't say cuz the nazi time. Yeah,it is msrchung music from ww2 but that doesn't mean that it is nazi music. The songs were for the german father land like anthems. And if the german marching music was deleted why not the soviet marching music too? If you deleted the german cuz nazism why not the soviet cuz communism? The most hear songs cuz they like it and not for political reasons.

Greetings 🙂

Hi, Unso!
I think you have a nice day.
And I want to share with you one of many albums with german folksongs (or volksongs if you like 😉 ) https://open.spotify.com/album/7sFNtSuldM3mXaVH0Qn5Jx?si=aFSl6cj8Qii-mjpTSFrSoQ
I don't know the German culture as well, but I feel an esthetic from these songs.

Hi,hope you have a nice day too! Yeah, they are "Remakes" of the original songs but the original songs by the wehrmacht are all deleted. I like the original songs more cuz they sound better than the remakes.

Thanks for your answer.

Hey there @Unso and @mptrn

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this.

Spotify works hard to constantly add music to its content database. We want all the world’s music and podcasts on Spotify, but availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on agreements between Spotify and rights holders, such as artists or record labels.

We add new content to Spotify every day, so if you can’t find something you’re looking for right now, it may appear (or reappear) soon. Alternatively, you can always contact the artist or record label with your query as well. Also, feel free to check out our content request form.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any more questions.
