Currently the bundle offer for regular Premium and Hulu is no longer available.
You can check here all the offers that are available in your country.

So I also got Hulu with my premium account back in the day. I have never canceled or upgraded my Spotify or Hulu so why can't I access Hulu now? It states on spotify's web page you would only lose them if you canceled or upgraded.

Thanks for the post.
You have to activate Hulu from your Spotify account page (under Your Services). After the service is activate you can link your existing Hulu account or create a new one in order to access Hulu.

Has anyone been able to activate their Hulu Subscription this way? I have been trying for several weeks now with no success. Both Hulu and Spotify support have been very kind but no one has a solution and I keep going around in circles with "try incognito, try deleting cache, try a different device" etc. and no matter how many times I go through the steps it does not work 😞

Just to confirm, have you already had Hulu in the past or is this the first time you're trying to activate it?
Also, could you let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried (besides the ones you already mentioned)? That way we can avoid repeating steps and try to find the root cause of the issue.

I had hulu in the past. So I am trying to reactivate it. I'm not sure I can recall everything I've tried, I didn't save the transcript of the chat help thread but I will try. The screen would take me to the hulu activation (so it's probably a hulu issue, not spotify) and when I log into hulu I get the error screen. i even tried doing a new hulu account to see but when it came to payment info that same error popped up. I couldnt activate the free 2 weeks either because of the same error. i tried normal computer browser, incognito computer browser, both normal and incognito mobile browser, clearing cache, different wifi networks (wifi vs mobile network), restarting phone, waiting "a few hours" and trying again.

The thing is, that the Hulu offer is available only as a bundle to a Premium Student subscription. Do you have a Premium Student subscription?
