My Question or Issue:

The 2010 album "Beneath it All" from the band Hey Monday is unavailable in my Spotify. I believe due to licensing rights in Brazil but wanted to be sure.

I faced a similar issue in 2018 with Nightwish and after countless emails from fans to Nuclear Blast, we managed to get the discography included in the platform.

Does someone know if the Hey Monday's album is a similar situation? If yes, what is the label representative in Brazil to reach out?

I deeply enjoy this album and would love for it to be on the platform so I would appreciate if someone has any information on how to get it formally added.

I did not find anything relevant while broadly searching, so would appreciate the forum's help.

The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artists and their music label.

If the music is unavailable, the artist or their music label may have decided to not make it available in Spotify.
