How do I delete files from Local Files on my Download file?

Hi, I need some help! 

Recently I activated my Local Files and added a source which was my Download folders and I keep having a lot of folders and I have tried to delete them but they keep coming back... 

What do I have to do?

Have you tried to go to your Spotify app > preferences (cmd + p) > show advanced settings. and then change there the offline storage location?

Well if you want local files you will need to have these folders I guess.

here are your options as far as I see it.

1. go to the settings and turn of local files

2. change the directory to the apperantly (from this post) the default local files folders which is: * ~/Library/Caches/com.spotify.Client/storage

3. just create a new sub folder inside downloads and direct the local files path to it. then all files will be there and won't be messing your downloads folder directly.
