How to stop autoplay?

If I enter a song in the search field and then click on the top result, the song starts directly. How do I turn this off? I don't want the song to start immediately. "Autoplay is already off in the settings.

Hey @Rotate99, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I just took a closer look at this for you, and it's not possible to disable this option at the moment. When you are currently playing a song, and then you search for another song and click on the top result, it won't play since you are currently in the middle of a song, but it will play if there is no song currently playing. 

If this is something you'd like to see change, I'd recommend adding your feedback to this page, as Spotify is currently monitoring that page to improve the experience.
