My Question or Issue

I've been having problems for days trying to add a member to my family plan. The member was part of my same family plan years ago, but I deleted him by mistake and now when I try to add him again I get a message that says:

"You can't join this plan. Try again later."

To rule out that the problem was not the account that I deleted by mistake, I created a new Spotify account and when trying to add it to the family plan it says the same thing.

I wrote to Spotify support and they told me that members of a group Premium plan (Duo or Family) will only be able to change plans once every 12 months. But that's not the problem I'm presenting.

When I explained to them again what was happening with my account, they stopped responding to me 6 days ago.

Does anyone know what I can do in this case?

Hey @Stark7,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Spotify Community!

It's worth checking the country settings on their account page just to make sure that they match yours and they also need to be in the same country when accepting the invite. If that doesn't help, they can try opening the link in an incognito/private window or on another device.

Let us know how it goes.
