I have been trying to get help since October. Spotify for Artists will not help me.

I’m posting here asking for help because for some reason I got banned when asking for help in the Distrokid help desk community on reddit.

I release music under two different artist names. I found out in October my less popular account generated 2K new streams. I would have like to be excited but all of my stats in my account are broken and appear as if I’ve never had any streams. I definitely have. I started reaching out to Spotify for artist support back in October. It took over a month of consistently asking Spotify for help just to find out which song got those streams.
To my absolute horror, i discovered that a song I uploaded as a draft only to Distrokid and deleted way back in 2018 was the song that generated 2K new streams in October. I never distributed this song anywhere. It’s been generating streams on Spotify this entire time but it should never have been on Spotify. The streams have never linked to my artist account and I have never received royalties for these from Distrokid. I could not find the songs when I tried to do a Spotify search. I found the Spotify playlist via a Google search last week. That is why I didn’t know. I have sent over 100 messages to Spotify for Artists and Distrokid in the last 3 months trying to get help. All they’ve done is refused to take accountability and blame each other. Both have given me irrelevant and unhelpful responses from bots. Spotify abruptly ends the chat so I can not rate the conversation. No one willl escalate to a real human. Both services have refused to help me or resolve this.I have never heard any artist mention this has happened to them
