I still don't have my Spotify Wrapped

It's been 18 days since I don't have my Spotify Wrapped. I can see the Wrapped playlists "Best of 2022" but I can't watch the statistics of my account. There were two times that there was an option to watch it but both times when I clicked it was gray and didn't load.

I'm sorry to hear about this. First, I'd recommend a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. If this doesn't work, then please check out this page for more information as to why you may not be seeing your Spotify Wrapped as well as submit your feedback. I'd recommend checking through the thread for helpful advice other users have shared.
