Por que algumas músicas de repente fica indisponível para ser ouvida? Por exemplo, eu ouvia a música Tens- Ozéias de Paula, mas agora fica aparecendo que a música não está disponível. Por quê?

Hi, this is my first post here. I really want to hear this album since this is one of the most influential heavy metal albums of all time. But, unfortunately it's blocked in my home country (Brazil), so how can I make the album available here in my country? Maybe contacting the artist through social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) helps? Thanks!
