Hi friends, please I need help with my spotify account because my followers won't update in my bio, even though it is updating on my profile. I am not a tech person and so I'll appreciate it if you can tell me what to do to correct it in very simple steps. Thanks.

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know if this happens on one specific device or multiple devices?

We’re you able to get this figured out? I’m having the same issue desktop , browser , and mobile app. I know for a fact people have followed me because they did it in front of me yet my count stays the same…
