Hola que tal a quien le corresponda, tengo una queja y este yo tengo tres cuentas de spotify acabo de crear la tercera y quise probar el plan de tres meses (ya habia cancelado mi plan en la otra cuenta) y entonces le digo que quiero el plan de tres meses y que me cobrarían hasta el 19 de noviembre  y entonces pongo mi tarjeta y todo y la me la acepta y todo bien y me pongo a escuchar musica y después de un rato me sale un anunció y pues quise ver y me dice que soy free! e incluso cuando yo puse mi tarjeta me salio en la pantalla: 🥳Tienes premium 🥳 y entonces ya me puse escuchar musica y paso eso que dije que soy free cuando no es así y entonces volvi a intentar el premium y me dice: parece que ANTES eras premium, prueba nuestro plan individual" y yo no quiero individual porque soy de tres meses premium, chequen eso porfavor

Keep in mind that having multiple Spotify accounts can cause confusion for example with your login details, which account's library you've saved your music in, as well as with the subscriptions just like in your case and that's why we don't recommend it. 

 

If you've subscribed, but see ads and it appears that you're on free then you're most likely logged in to the wrong account, but no worries. I recommend checking out this help article for some tips on how you can locate different accounts and even recommend that you keep only one of them to avoid further confusion. You can cancel the subscription(s) on the other ones and close the ones that you don't wish to continue using. 

 

This way, you'll only keep one account with the correct login details and subscription, and your content in the library.
