Missing albums for bands

I was just wondering with the band "Moonspell", Spotify has almost all their albums except for one, Night Eternal which has all their popular songs. The one I'm looking at is called "Scorpion Flower". I was just wondering why doesn't Spotify add all the albums for artists?

Bands like USELESS EATERS release music on so many different labels and though Spotify have most, they don't have any of their CASTLEFACE records releases which is a bummer (BLEEDING MOON, LIVE IN SAN FRAN, A RELAXING DEATH.) I know that Apple Music has these. 

Can't see why Spotify can't get one greasy punk label over Apple. Doesn't make sense to me. I mean, you cannot find recent releases by THEE OH SEES as a result. They are a huge band in their genre/community. Spotify is totally missing out here and i'm sure they are aware.
