[Mobile] Don't play an ad after I dislike it more than 9 times.

Here's my idea. After I press the dislike button on an ad and say it's been playing too many times, don't play the song again. Seems simple, right? I guess not. I've disliked the ad about updated internet regulations every single day when I listen to music, and the next day, or even the next 30 minutes, you play it again. So when I dislike it, and provide a reason why  I don't like it, and YOU GUYS say "thank you for your feedback" like you actually receive the feedback, you play it again. I get you guys love your money, and you give me more ads than music when I use the platform, at least don't play the same advertisement more than 9 times, even after I press the dislike button. Its simply lying to my face adding the message "thank you for your feedback" When you blatantly ignore it.

I personally can suggest that it must be linked with yout listening habits so it should work and get better overtime. You can although try and listen to something other than your regular ones and see if it shows you different ads this time or not.

It's odd for an ad to repeat so many times. To narrow this down, could you try switching to a different device to see if the issue persists?

Also, it's a good idea to connect to a different WIFI/mobile network and see how it behaves.
