More Like Section on your Home Page - How do you change it or get it to change?

The same songs have been in the "more like" XYZ song/artist for 9+ months and I never have listened to them.I don't know how to get it to change and I hate having it there everytime I open the app. How do you get it to change/shift? The other categories change, just not this one.

What platform does this happen on? Try checking Spotify on another device (web, desktop, mobile, etc)
