Music is unavaiable when I login

My Question or Issue

I'd an Album saved in my Library "Warlock - Triumph and Agony" and could play it until I re-subscribed to a premium tier while on holiday in Egypt.

If I don't login in the whole album plays without a problem, as soon as I login, only the first song is available and if I search for the album I can't find it at all.

Do I've less access to music if I've a premium subscription? Or because I bought and a gift card from Egypt?

You mentioned that you're from Germany, but you subscribed to Premium while on a holiday in Egypt. Note that the country settings for Premium users are linked to the payment method that's being used.

This means that your Spotify account's country is set to Egypt now, and upon checking, it appears that this particular album is unavailable there at the moment. As much as we'd love to have all the music in the world on Spotify, the content may vary over time and between countries. This depends on permissions from rights holders.

Once your gift card expires, you can switch the country back to Germany by following the steps here and the album should become playable again too.

Thanks for the reply, and well that's just stupid if you ask me. I should be able to switch countries and not be locked in, even if I bought my subscription in another country.
