My Mixes have been overrun with Bollywood music and I don’t know how to fix it. Please help.

Lately, the content of my mixes have been completely overrun with Bollywood music, and I have no idea how to fix it. I have never listened to Bollywood music before, much less on my Spotify account. I at first suspected that I had gotten my account stolen, but after scouring my emails, listening history, and changing my password, along with finding similar grievances with some people on Reddit, I concluded that it was an issue with my algorithm. Normally I would just ignore it, but my Romantic mix has been completely contaminated, and had little to no normal songs left. I have been sporadically blocking artists, and hiding unwanted songs, but the assault is relentless. I was wondering if there was some way to block a language, or genre, or any way to fix my algorithm? I don’t enjoy making playlists, so my mixes are really all I have. Attached below are photos of what remains of my Romantic mix to show the hellscape my Algorithm has become.
