Hi,
I'm sorry but I gotta say that your support and content teams are terrible! Today it's 1 month since I reported a wrongly typed name of a bulgarian national song and no one took care about it. Instead, I keep getting same template answers referring to me as "Hero", "True Metal", "Rock star" etc...
The real name of the song in question is "Ako umra il' zagina" but you mistyped it into "Ako umra il' gazina" where "gazina" means "ass" in Bulgarian. Imagine for a second how would you feel if someone translates a song in your mother's tongue as "butt". Wont be very cool, right?!
So, my request to you is to fix the name as soon as possible or I'm going to change my mind next time I pay my subscription and I'll also stop recommending your service to anyone of my friends and my family. It can't be that you need that long to fix a single song name!! Below I'm copying song's URL:

Oh geez! Sorry to hear that! Do you happen to have the case number from when you submitted? I can forward to a different moderating team on here.

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?
Sorry for the delay.
Name changes can take a while to happen.
All music including the titles are sent to Spotify by the artist's record label.
The typo is a result of a mistake they have made, not a mistake Spotify has made.
For the title to be changed, the artist's record label has to fix it in their system.
Spotify will work with them to correct this, but they have to agree to it because it is their content.
Hi MattSuda
That's interesting. I have been waiting for a couple of corrections I reported a while back and I was wondering whether Gracenote (which I never trust) were a source for Spotify information. Now I understand how it works I think I will be a little more patient.
Yeah, Spotify uploads the content and the inforamtion (music, titles, artists featured in the song) directly how it is given to them from the aggregator. Record labels use aggregators to public their music across different services.

For a fix to happen, the artist and their record label have to edit the information through the aggregator.
There have been a lot of people posting to the Spotify community here hoping for a quick fix, but the truth is stuff like this sometimes will never be fixed. There are a few typos I have been waiting to be fixed and they still haven't. A fix relies on the record label and it can take a while.
