Only western music available?

I just started 30-day trial for premium & am sad to find out that Spotify only caters western songs? I am primarily a fan of japanese songs & music but sadly can't find anything when I search the japanese artists I most listen to in the pc desktop app.

If this is the case then spotify lost a paid subscriber 30 days from today.

Spotify wants all the world’s music on Spotify. However, some artists and tracks aren't currently available. Sometimes agreements can’t be reached with the artist or label or a change may happen in music ownership.

However, please know thousands of albums and artists are added to Spotify every day. If you can’t find an artist you’re looking for, they may appear (or reappear) soon.

In the meantime, feel free to contact the artist or their label to ask when they plan to be on Spotify. There's a lot of music on Spotify, so you might find yourself in love with some of the other music. This is a personal favourite of mine:
