Playlist Title, description and Artwork is being removed daily

My Question or Issue

Playlist title, artwork and description keeps disappearing. First it only happened to playlists that we had a running PHPTO with, but now it seems to happen to our golden oldies playlist without cause: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/1DMC5oL1vtuVkl4edTlT1h?si=7d87e47b5cbb4dea

We have paid a lot of money promoting this playlists so we would really appreciate a solution.

It's possible that these playlist details get removed to due content report filed with Spotify. We'd recommend checking all you associated email addresses, including the spam folders, for mails with instructions on how to proceed.

The same thing keeps happening to me but its at an average of a 10 minute interval. I have written support repeatedly and well we all know the lovely 5 day wait. I keep changing it back and it keeps getting removed. 

I continuously get emails saying "

We’ve received notice that an image and/or description on one of your playlists has been reported as including inappropriate or offensive content and violates our Profile and Playlist Image Guidelines. Therefore, we’ve removed the image and/or description from the playlist on Spotify. Please note: the playlist itself has not been removed.

If you believe you received this notice in error, please respond back to this email with an appeal within five (5) business days and we will look into the case." 

I changed the image (thinking that was it), it happened again, so i removed the image, changed the spelling of the title and removed the description completely, changed the way it was written and it keeps happening. then i did a search since i was wondering how on earth a title like Rock N Roll Baby, can be offensive to anyone, turns out there are a ton of playlists, and artists with the same title. so why aren't they getting removed? with no real explanation other than that copy paste garbage.
