My Question or Issue
Hello, first of all I want to mention that I have reached out to the spotify support a couple of times in the last two months but haven’t received an answer yet, therefore I am really hoping to find help from the community.
I have a problem regarding one of my playlists. The Title, Picture and Description is getting deleted every time I try to change it. It has 22.000 followers and I think that it was banned because of too many reports (which doesn’t make sense because I red the community guidelines and didn’t violate them). Then I saw that an other account made the same playlist with the same Title, Songs etc. and is now „gaining“ followers. (I don‘t know if this has to do something with my problem. (report bot if thats possible)) I really wish to keep on with adding songs to the playlist and having it beeing available to other spotify users, and beeing able to find it easier by my self (because it has no title anymore). Can you help me with my banned playlist? I don't get what's wrong with it. Sorry to hear that this has happened with your playlists.
When a playlist gets reported and banned you should have received a notification email from Spotify explaining why this has happened. In the email you'll find instructions on what you can do next. If you're not seeing the email in your inbox, check your Spam/ Junk folders.

Yeah, just checked out the mailbox. Well, can't say that I understand what they've said. Like, there is no specific reason and I don't know what to do with it. I've read some other commutiny posts, maybe it's something that deals with changing the password...

But I mean, if there's some kind of trouble with anything, why they've banned only one playlist, that's just doesn't make sense. I am frustrated. Sorry for bothering, but I just don't understand anything. I mean, it's actually maybe not a big of a deal with that playlist since it has not so many followers (but it's kinda important in my work anyway).
I wrote to them when my first playlist was banned. They said "Unfortunately, we do not have more detailed information about this violation and the ability to return changes to the playlist." So, alright, I'll try again, but I'm not sure they will help me...
