My Question or Issue

My playlists (tried multiple, both created by me and by other users) stop playing after 2 songs. Just stops, no ads, no new songs. I am a paid user. Basic Premium. Since I just changed from premium to basic I am afraid it has something to do with that swap,...

I narrowed it down a bit, my headphones work normal with Spotify. No issues there. So it has to do with Sonos (port). Can someone please help?

Thanks for reaching out and kudos for the troubleshooting you've tried.

 

As a next step, can you try re-pairing your Spotify account in the Sonos app? If that doesn't help, try clean reinstalling the Spotify app and the Sonos app and see if you get the same behavior when casting from another device on the same network or from the web player on your phone.

Thanks for the response. Without my intervention the issue has resolved itself.

nice, in a way. But also means it might come back ,..

 

anyway, working as it is supposed too, so no further action needed.
