Podcast Troubleshooting with Spotify PLEASE HELP

When I enter my rss url from anchor to Spotify for my podcast, it keeps saying error but there's no description of what the error is. It'll just say 'please visit help.anchor.fm' and that does nothing for me. Just takes me to Anchor's help page with a variety of different options pertaining to Anchor's site. But I don't know where to go from there. I'm not sure how to fix the error if I do not know the error. Is this a technical glitch? I've waited more than five days already to see if maybe Spotify just hasn't accepted it, yet but nothing comes up. If anyone can help me figure this out, I'd appreciate it. Thank you!

I went through help.anchor.com myself to find something useful - I'd suggest checking out this article on why the podcast didn't get distributed.

If that didn't help you out, I'd suggest you contact them by using their request form - they might be able to help you find out the solution to the issue. 🙂
