Queue problems

Recently the queue started behaving very strangely. This affects my Desktop App and my Android App

 

It seems that every "queuing" action automatically clears the existing queue. SO, I can queue an entire Album, and have all the songs in the queue. But as soon as i add anything else (i tried individual songs, albums, podcasts), the queue is gone and all i have is what i queued last.

 

Also, on Android, I can only see 2 queued items, even though there are actually more.

Thanks for posting here on the Community 🙂

 

Could you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall? Sometimes the cache can lead to different issues.

 

It's also a good idea to try with another account. Are there any changes?

 

You can also send us a video recording of what you're seeing and share with us the exact Spotify version that is running on your devices. We'll look into this further.
