Recent Changes to Maximum Download Content

Recent Changes to Maximum Download Content

My wife and I both received notifications that we reached our maximum offline download limit on the same day from our separate private accounts. Through research it appears that the limit was set at 3,333 songs years ago but I find it ironic that we both hit that limit on the same day. I've gone through and removed over 10 albums but am still over my limit.

Questions:

1. Was there a recent change to the downloadable limit (i.e., is it still 3,333 songs)?

2. Where can I monitor my current downloaded songs count?

3. Is there a membership platform > premium that allows for a greater number of offline songs?

Thanks,

Steve

Hello @Steve_in_SF!

Hope you're doing great. 😁 Nice questions, I'll be here to help you 🙂

The downloaded songs number has today raised up to 10.000 songs in 5 different devices, which is great news!

Unfortunately there is currently no way to see how many songs are currently downloaded and how many you you have left.

If you would like to see this feature added, please vote for this idea and hopefully it will be added in a future update:

There's no currently a type of subscription that lets you download more songs (all of them allow you to download the same amount).

Hope this helps and have a nice day! Let me know if there's anything else I can help with 🙂 /Jose. 💫
