Refreshing an edited file

I own a podcast hosted by Soundcloud and distributed to Spotify (amongst others).

When I uploaded my last podcast I somehow managed to include the sound of a metronome on the recording making the podcast unlistenable.

I immediately changed the Soundcloud file and all the other podcast platforms (Apple, Google, Sticher, Tunein etc) use the updated file.

Spotify is still playing the original file after 48 hours.

Is there anyway I can 'force' Spotify to refresh the file as the other platforms have done without intervention?

Hi

I raised a technical support query with Spotify and they fixed it for me in about three working days. I found there was nothing I could do to refresh the file even though I uploaded the replacement.
