Releasing x of x countries

i'm an artist and i scheduled a track release for 22 march 00:00 amsterdam time, but it's now 10am in my country and the track still not available. It's says "Releasing ·18 of 79 countries. "

 but in my country where is the most important is not available  yet is taking too long.

 Do you know when is gonna be available in my country?
