Some artists songs are blocked now which were not blocked before

My Question or Issue

Many artists which in the best had none of their content blocked now have a few songs here and there blocked, it does not make sense.  For example, i really like iranian music.  it used to be the case that none of the hossein alizadeh's music was blocked.  now on this album of 26 songs,  https://open.spotify.com/album/5PU2mmzvd26lKeKXN0qMBK?si=sQncJF-HTCG6Io6jl87DnQ

about 5 songs are blocked.  why?  it doesn't make sense.  this artist has been making music for 40 years why all of a sudden are some of his songs being blocked?  here's another  https://open.spotify.com/album/6iPxiqrUrzEeRMh7Bftnek?si=sFgCZXR3SDqAUuPVPFj7fA  It used to be the case that none of Shahram Nazeri's songs were blocked now from that album half of the3 songs are blocked.  From this album  https://open.spotify.com/album/3pgncPwe1SOrmuZNqQI05n?si=6iwSYFD4SBCnkbpI117pew  now all of the songs are blocked whereas before none of them were.  These are artists who are only getting 20K streams per month.  What is the point of blocking some of their songs?  Am I really going to have to change streaming services because a few artists that no one listens to are suddenly getting blocked at random?

When some tracks from an album or an artist profile get grayed out, it's not because of a blockage of the song, it's most likely because of market or license availability. Keep in mind that the content we have varies over time and between countries, depending on permissions from artists and rights holders. We'd love to have all the music and podcasts in the world on our platform, and hopefully, that could be a reality someday.
