Song radio is not working on all songs. “Playlist not available”

Could you give us more info on all of the devices you're using and about the accounts affected by this behavior?

On another note, we'd like to know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update. 

Lastly, sending us a screenshot of the error message you're getting would come in handy. Make sure not to send any private info.

It's the same on any device. MAC, iPad, iPhone or PC. My account is a family plan, and it affects all users. It only happens with this one song (my own). I have tried other accounts (other peoples) and it's the same problem.
