Songs > 10 minutes unavailable

I've noticed recently that songs over 10 minutes are unavailable on albums and playlists. For example,  this album is available except for the 4 songs over 10 minutes.

There's also been other users reporting how, specifically longer songs, were unavailable from albums, see this post for example.

Is this coincidence or what?

Hi @Funkyfoo I can see the tracks that you can't (grayed out for you I guess), this is because the rights of the songs and the region where you live, I also have a Playlist with only Long Long Long Songs try it and let me know if you can play the tracks.
