Songs not "allowed" to listen in a Spotify Free Account

Is it possible to listen songs in a Spotify Premium Account that aren't "allowed" in a Spotify Free Account?

Could you explain a little further what you mean by "not allowed"? 🙂

If what you mean are tracks that appear greyed out and without a play button, these are unavailable for all Spotify users (of this region). This usually means changes in licensing or some other ongoing changes going on, such as changes in distribution. Music affected by that will get greyed until things get sorted.

The region thing mentioned is that sometimes these changes affect some regions only.
