Specific video podcasts only working as audio mode in android and web player

My Question or Issue

I am having a very specific problem that specific video podcasts dont work in my device despite having spotify premium. For example, i am able to see the video of podcast Joe Rogan Experience but not of Off Duty: NCIS Rewatch. this problem persists in both Android App, Windown App and Web Player. I have toggled data saver, stream audio only OFF and Canvas is also ON. then why is this happening on my device/app?

It looks like the podcast you mentioned, the video is currently not available for Podcasts in the region. We don't have information if this is due to local regulations or another reason.

The Spotify Content team is always working on bringing as much content as possible to every country. We don't have an official timeline when this might happen.
